Business-to-business terms. Last updated 4 October 2026.
These terms are between Digital Lead Experts (Doncaster) Ltd, trading as LocalWebsitesOS (Company No. 13686440, registered office 5 Windmill Meadow, Norton, Doncaster, England, DN6 9GG) (“we”, “us”) and the business purchasing our services (“you”).
Our services are for businesses only. By purchasing you confirm that you are acting wholly or mainly for business purposes, not as a consumer, and that you are authorised to bind the business you purchase for.
Where applicable we prepare a tailored website preview before you pay. If you choose to buy, the one-off fee is £497 for completion and publishing of that website. Completion and publishing work begins after purchase. We target completion within 7 working days after your approval and receipt of the business and domain information we need. This is a target, not a guarantee, and depends on you providing what we need promptly.
The scope is the website shown in your preview plus reasonable revisions to finalise it. Larger changes or new features may be quoted separately. You must supply accurate business details, content and approvals, and you confirm you hold the rights, licences or permissions for any content, images, logos and trade marks you give us.
On full payment you own the bespoke completed website content and design produced for you, subject to any third-party licences (for example fonts, stock images or software components). We keep ownership of our underlying platform, tooling, templates, systems and know-how.
Domain registration, renewals and any third-party services you choose are your responsibility and cost unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Third-party providers have their own terms.
Monthly add-ons are separate, optional subscriptions. They are never automatically bundled with the £497 website. Each is billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you order it.
You can cancel a monthly add-on at any time. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop future charges; where applicable the service continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no automatic pro-rata refund for a part-used billing period, except where required by law, where there has been a billing error, or where we expressly agree otherwise. Prices are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
You must not use our services or your website for unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harmful content, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights. We may refuse to publish such content.
We do not guarantee rankings, enquiries, leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on your business, market, data quality, volume and your own actions. AI-assisted tools, templates and drafts are provided for your review — you are responsible for checking them and for your business claims, sector regulations, campaigns and legal compliance. We are not a legal, financial or regulatory advisory firm.
Our services rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payments, website building, email). We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, and our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or end a service if you materially breach these terms or fail to pay, after giving you reasonable notice to put things right where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
