Is Reputation Rescue a different product from Review Growth?
Reputation Rescue is the name of this offer. The paid service is the existing Review Growth marketplace service at £97/month. It is not a new subscription or a bundle of other services.
Do I need a new website?
No new website is included or required to make an enquiry. If your existing website is doing its job, keep it. We confirm whether Review Growth can be set up for your business before anything is activated. The £497 website offer remains separate.
Will you only ask happy customers?
No. Every customer gets the same neutral public-review opportunity, regardless of sentiment. Requests go only to customers you are allowed to contact, and existing opt-outs are respected. We do not offer incentives or write reviews for customers.
Can you remove a bad review or guarantee a rating?
No. Review Growth is a consistent request process, not a review-removal service. We do not guarantee stars, review counts, Google rankings, enquiries or revenue. Customers choose whether to leave a review and what to say. Genuine service problems still need your attention.
Does £97 include review monitoring or AI replies?
No. Review Growth covers neutral requests, your public review link and monthly request and response counts. Reputation Alerts is a separate optional service. AI replies, review removal and a live website review widget are not included in this offer.
What happens after I enquire?
Your request is saved for the LWS team. We reply to confirm suitability, the review link, customer-contact permissions and setup. An enquiry is not a purchase. Any subscription and activation use our existing agreed service process, with approval before the first live campaign.
