Local lead assets in development
As of October 2026, assets are being researched and built. Enquiry evidence will be published per asset once it has been measured over a stated period.
When evidence exists, it will show:
- The measured date window and where enquiries came from
- Genuine, relevant enquiry counts — spam, duplicates and tests removed
- Anonymised examples of real enquiries
- A clear line between enquiries and booked jobs or revenue

What is LWS Exclusive Leads?
LWS builds and owns local websites focused on one service in one area. When an asset is ready, access to the enquiries it generates is licensed to one business at a time for that service and area.
Does registering interest reserve my area?
No. Registering interest is not a purchase, booking or reservation. It tells us you would like to be considered, and we will reply after reviewing coverage for your service and area.
How much will a licence cost?
Planned monthly licences are indicative at £497–£1,500+ per month, depending on the asset and its verified enquiry evidence. Nothing is charged now and there is no checkout on this page.
Are there proven leads available today?
Not yet. Assets are still being developed and we have no verified enquiry history to publish. We will only share evidence that has been measured over a stated period, with spam, duplicates and tests excluded.
Will I own the website?
No — LWS owns the asset. This is different from our £497 one-off website, which is built for and owned by your business.
Do you guarantee rankings, jobs or revenue?
No. We do not guarantee rankings, enquiries, booked jobs or revenue. An enquiry is someone getting in touch — it is not the same as a booked job.
How are my details used?
Only to review your request and reply to you about it. Registering does not sign you up to marketing or an outreach sequence. Read our privacy notice.
